Designed and conducted user research tests based on live Computer Science Department website to determine strengths and weaknesses within the current navigational labeling and information architecture. Methods for user testing included a four-part card sort, a label test, and a moderated first impressions test. Below is the cover letter to the clients and the early stage user testing report conveying our findings.
